Cancellation Policy
At Muscle Rhythm Alignment Therapy, I understand that life can get busy and unexpected circumstances may arise. Sometimes, you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to work, personal commitments or unforeseen circumstances.
Where possible, I kindly ask that you provide at least 12 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
This allows sufficient time to offer your appointment to another patient who may be waiting for treatment.
Cancellation Fees & Charges
- Less than 12 hours' notice
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment fee applies.
- No-shows
- A fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment fee applies if you fail to attend without prior notice.
- 12 hours or more notice
- No cancellation fee applies.
To help you manage your booking, an appointment reminder will be sent via SMS or email prior to your scheduled appointment.
